The EMR-IBS is an official Region of the International Biometric
Society (IBS).
It is dedicated to promoting interaction among statisticians working in
the biosciences
in the Eastern Mediterranean area. The Region comprises the following
countries:
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Palestinian Authority, Saudi
Arabia, and Turkey.
